01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between 777pe ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or uses the services available at https://777pe.cam.

777pe is an English-language online gaming platform designed for Pakistani players. The Platform offers a curated range of casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting markets, with all balances and transactions displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 02Definitions

03Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 777pe, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any responsible gambling register or self-exclusion database applicable to this Platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person or as a professional or syndicate player in violation of any applicable law or these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant or agent of 777pe, or a close family member of any such person.

04Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration. To access the full services of 777pe, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current personal information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple or fraudulent accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 777pe will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You must notify [email protected] immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 KYC Verification. 777pe reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address and source-of-funds documentation at any time, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification to the Platform's satisfaction may result in withholding of withdrawal requests until compliance is achieved.

4.5 Account Currency. All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). If a deposit is made in a currency other than PKR, a conversion may be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may be deducted.

05Acceptable Use

You agree that your use of the Platform will at all times comply with applicable law and these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, access control or geographical restriction applied by 777pe.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities or bonus terms contrary to their intended purpose.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros or any other mechanical or artificial device to interact with the Platform without prior written consent.
• Depositing, transferring or otherwise handling funds on the Platform for any purpose other than genuine participation in the gaming services offered.
• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification or any communication with the Platform.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any Prohibited User, including minors under the applicable minimum age.

Violation of acceptable use standards may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

06Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposit Methods. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment rails for contextual clarity — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Listing these names does not imply that any payment provider endorses gambling or supports this operator. 07Bonuses & Promotions

777pe may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms which will be communicated alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of automated strategies, arbitrage or exploitation of platform errors, will result in disqualification and may lead to account closure.
• Illustrative PKR bonus figures (such as PKR 2,000, PKR 5,000 or PKR 10,000) used on the Platform are indicative tier examples only. Actual bonus values and availability are confirmed at the time of the promotion and are subject to change.

08Gaming Rules

8.1 Game Availability. The games and betting markets available on the Platform — including live casino tables, slots, virtual sports, crash games and sports betting (covering Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events) — are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended or removed at the Platform's discretion.

8.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure or any other error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund wager amounts. No winnings arising from demonstrable technical errors will be honoured.

09Responsible Gambling

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings or by contacting support.
• Session time limit reminders and mandatory session break options are available to all Users.

• Self-exclusion may be requested for a defined period or on an indefinite basis by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and restrict access to the Account during the exclusion period.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 777pe Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, software interfaces and game integrations — is the intellectual property of 777pe or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 777pe.
• Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right in any Platform content to you.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777pe and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform's services, including as a result of Force Majeure events;
• Any reliance placed by you on information, content or promotional material available on the Platform;
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses of any kind, even if 777pe has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed after any outstanding wagers are settled and, where applicable, after completion of final KYC requirements. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to you through available payment methods.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 777pe. 777pe reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or any other illegal activity;
• Failure to pass mandatory KYC or source-of-funds checks;
• Creation of multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy;
• Any conduct reasonably determined to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

12.3 Consequences of Termination. Upon termination for breach, 777pe reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms may be forfeited. Legitimate withdrawable balances will be returned where the Platform is satisfied that no breach has occurred.

13Legal Jurisdiction & Compliance

777pe operates in compliance with the licensing and regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction(s) in which it holds its gaming licence. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the operator's licensing jurisdiction.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction. 777pe does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside the operator's licensing territory.

14Amendments

777pe reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided through the Platform — for example, by displaying a notice on the homepage or sending an email to registered account holders.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
